Dick has over 20 years of executive experience in the professional services, logistics, high tech and manufacturing industries. Before joining Compli, Dick served as VP of Sales & Marketing for Joseph C. Sansone Company where he was responsible for meeting customer needs through strategic objectives aimed at service differentiation, market identification, and market leadership. Prior to that, Dick held senior management positions with Deloitte Consulting, Ryder Integrated Logistics, and the Eastman Kodak Company. He is currently a member of the Strategic Account Management Association and Institute of Professionals in Taxation. Dick earned a M.B.A. degree from Northwestern University, holds a B.A. from University of San Francisco, and has studied at Loyola University in Rome, Italy.
